We have rotating openings for full-time, long term or short term working students! This is a great opportunity to improve your riding and learn how to operate a successful private dressage training business.

The work includes participating in all care for up to 14 dressage horses such as mucking, feeding, turnouts, blanketing, going to horse shows as needed, tacking up, grooming, feeding, picking paddocks as needed, exercising, lunging, giving meds, wrapping, general barn management as well.    There are always opportunities for hacking, tack walking and warming up horses, dependent on your skills.  Lessons on educated horses is part of compensation if desired or bring your own horse. Compensation also includes housing and stipend. Money is dependent on your experience, whether or not you bring your own horse, and if short or long-term.
